Everything below reaches the same inbox, and a human reads it. We are small on purpose; the trade for that is that you are never routed through a ticketing maze to reach someone who can actually decide something.

IWhat to expect

We aim to answer within three business days, and we commit to responding to privacy requests within thirty days, which is the window the GDPR and the major US state privacy laws allow. If a request needs longer we will tell you why before that window closes rather than after.

IIProduct support and billing

For anything urgent or conversational, the community server is faster than email. Otherwise, tell us which work you are writing about and what happened. If it is a paid feature, note that the platform is the merchant — Discord and Apple take the payment and hold the money, so a refund is theirs to issue and their process is the fastest route. If that process has failed you, write to us anyway and we will help push it along.

• Discord purchases — refunds and subscription management live in Discord's own billing settings.
• Apple purchases — refunds and subscription management live in your Apple account.

IIIPrivacy requests

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or a complaint — write to us and say what you want. We will not make you file paperwork, and we will not ask you to publish anything about yourself in a public place in order to exercise a private right.

Each work's own privacy policy describes exactly what it holds. For Verdict, that is playverdict.gg/privacy.html, and a player can also strike their own record directly from the convening screen without writing to anyone.

If you have found a vulnerability in any of our works, write to us before you write to anyone else. We will acknowledge your report, we will keep you informed, and we will not be strange about it. Machine-readable contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt in accordance with RFC 9116.

Please do not access, modify, or exfiltrate other people's data while demonstrating an issue, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing.

VCopyright infringement

Some of our works accept text written by their users. If you believe material in one of them infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice to hail@forgeninelabs.com with the subject line DMCA NOTICE, containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, described precisely enough for us to locate it — which work, which server, and when.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we terminate the access of repeat infringers. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the corresponding statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in either a notice or a counter-notice carries liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please be sure before you send one.
