Forge Nine Labs is a software company. We build a small number of products to an unreasonable standard, answer to nobody but the people using them, and keep your data where it belongs — with you.
Every product here started as something we wanted and could not buy. Three are in the fire. Six bays stand chartered.
BAY I
A competitive voice arena for Discord. Friends receive a contentious matter, take timed turns arguing it, and an AI judge — The Arbiter — transcribes the testimony, scores every advocate on rhetoric rather than correctness, enters the most memorable lines into evidence, and delivers a dramatic Ruling.
The best answer wins. Truth is optional.
BAY II
A first-foods tracker for families, kept to the standard of a campaign log. Every taste trial, every reaction, every allergen screening is recorded, decorated, and synced across the household — through your own iCloud account. There is no server in the middle, because we did not build one.
Fortune favors the well-fed.
BAY III
Consensus scheduling for overburdened adults. Form a fellowship, issue summons, and let everyone's calendar answer for them — Muster reveals only free or busy, never the titles, locations, or questionable lunch orders behind them. Ratified plans sync back to your own calendar, and a Spouse Awareness Seal proves the home front was briefed.

Bays IV – IX — chartered, not yet fired. We will not announce a bay before it burns.
I.
Operation: Solid Food syncs through your own iCloud account. There is no Forge Nine server holding your child's records, because there is no Forge Nine server.
Muster reads your calendar and reports free or busy — never a title, never a location. Verdict records only the advocates who explicitly tap consent, and destroys the raw audio the moment it has been transcribed.
II.
Nothing here depends on a machine we have to keep warm, or on a growth target that will one day demand the product grow teeth. These are built to still be running in ten years.
That is the whole reason to stay small and own the stack: nobody can arrive later and decide your calendar, your child's records, or your voice would be worth more sold than kept.
III.
Every release carries a numbered entry in a ledger our users can read. Versions are dated, changes are described in plain language, and nothing quietly disappears.
If a product is named on this page, it exists and you can go look at it. We would rather be late than vaporous.
IV.
Three products, one workshop, no roadmap written to impress anyone. We would rather forge three things that hold than nine that rattle.
The other six bays are chartered and the fire is lit. They will be filled deliberately, one at a time, when there is something worth striking.
Forge Nine Labs LLC is a United States limited liability company. It exists to build and publish software, and to be a real counterparty when something goes wrong.
We are small on purpose and we answer our own mail. Support requests, press, partnerships, security reports, and legal notices all reach a human at the same address — and that human replies.
If you have found a security issue in any of our products, write to us before you write to anyone else. We will not be strange about it.
